SOLEAS YOUTH DAY FESTIVAL
The Youth Clubs and the organised youth groups of the Soleas region, organised the first Soleas Youth Day Festival, a day dedicated to young people.
Facts wanted in the square of the Community of Galatas on Saturday at 09 September 2023 from 4:00 in the afternoon until midnight.
Specifically, the Soleas Youth Day Festival was a one-day event and its main objective was to promote social contact, the participation of young people in sports team and individual activities and, most importantly, entertainment and fun.
The event was organized by young volunteers from the Youth Clubs of Solea area, who have the full support of KOKEN (Cyprus Youth Clubs Organisation). In addition, the festival wassupported by the Galata Community Council, by providing the space of the square.
Through small workshops, from local businesses, the young people were able to watch the way of bread making etc.The priority was the fun and enjoyment of the young people, providing a safe and inclusive environment for them to relax and have fun. The music program was curated by Charalambos Alexandrou and Timos Chrysostomou!
